This space is currently being developed on behalf of PEPKOR and F.P. du Toit Transporters, but exciting and tailored development opportunities still exist within the parameters of this space for future prospective tenants.

In the words of Mr Ranga Haikali, Safland Director and Trustee of Frontier Property Trust – “Here PEPKOR shows its confidence in the country’s economy. Rand Merchant Bank is at the table and other financing institutions such as the Government Pension Fund and the Development Bank are willing to consider projects. There is new confidence in the economy and we must use it.”

This adds to completed developments in Namibia at a value of approximately N$ 3.3 billion and forms part of a series of developments in Safland’s pipeline which will in future include developments in Goreangab, Katima Mulilo, Luderitz, Oranjemund and Oshakati.
